Two ways to delete your account, what is removed, and what your employer keeps.
Open Profile, tap "Delete my account", enter your PIN, and confirm. Your login is removed right away, and your personal data is deleted within 7 days.
Email support@routzi.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and the name of your company. We confirm within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Your login, PIN, phone number, email address, and device registrations.
Your company's employment and safety records — schedules you worked, documents, and incident reports — which belong to your employer and are kept under its retention rules and the law. Your name on those records is replaced with a neutral placeholder.
