Routzi is delivery-operations software built for Amazon Delivery Service Partners. Our customers are delivery companies; the people who use Routzi are their operators, through the web dashboard, and their drivers, through the Routzi driver app.
Account information. Your name, work email, phone number, and sign-in credentials. PINs and passwords are stored in protected, hashed form — we cannot read them.
Work records provided by your employer. Because Routzi is workplace software, most of the information in it comes from your delivery company and the systems it already uses: schedules and shifts, hours worked, routes, vehicle inspection records (DVIC), delivery quality and scorecard data from Amazon's DSP program, safety events (including events recorded by your company's camera or telematics provider, where your company uses one), coaching records, write-ups, and dispute records.
From your device. A push-notification token so the app can notify you about schedules, swaps, and messages; the app version, so we can troubleshoot; and your approximate location only at sign-in, used on the spot to confirm which delivery station you are working from. The app does not track or record your location while you drive or during your day. If a future feature ever uses location differently, we will update this policy and the app will ask your permission first.
To run the service for your employer — scheduling, hours and compliance tracking, safety coaching, vehicle inspections, and Amazon scorecard management; to send you the notifications your company's workflows generate (schedule publishes, swap requests, messages from your dispatcher); and to keep the service secure and working. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
While your account is active, and as long as your employer needs its work records for legal and compliance purposes. If your account is removed, your sign-in details and personal identifiers are deleted; work records such as safety and hours history are retained by your employer under its record-keeping obligations, no longer tied to a usable login.
You can manage notifications in your device settings. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact your employer's Routzi administrator or email support@routzi.com — we answer deletion requests directly, and an in-app deletion option is coming to the driver app.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and each company's data is isolated from every other company's. No system is perfectly secure, but we build and test for this continuously.
Routzi is workplace software for professional delivery drivers and is not directed to anyone under 18.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update this page and change the effective date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
